1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Eproma Software Ltd ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.eproma.io (the "Website") and in the Eproma platform at crm.eproma.io. More information on how we use personal data is in our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, work in a comparable way. In this policy we call all of them "cookies".
3. The rules we follow
Under section 99 of the Cyprus Regulation of Electronic Communications and Postal Services Law (Law 112(I)/2004) and the GDPR, we may store or read cookies on your device without your consent only where they are strictly necessary to provide the Website or a service you have asked for. All other cookies are used only after you have given your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Categories we use
Necessary (always active). Needed for the Website and platform to work: storing your cookie choice, securing forms and logins against misuse, keeping you signed in to the platform, and secure payment in the billing area.
Statistics (only with your consent). Help us understand how visitors use the Website, for example which pages are viewed. The data is processed by our analytics service (aico Analytics, operated by aiconomy AG, see section 8 of our Privacy Policy) and is not shared with advertising networks.
Marketing. We currently use no marketing, advertising or retargeting cookies and no social media tracking pixels. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
5. Your choice
On your first visit, our consent banner (Cookiebot) asks for your choice. "Accept all" and "Reject all" are offered with equal prominence, optional categories are switched off by default, and you can choose individual categories. Until you choose, only necessary cookies are used.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. We store your choice for 12 months and then ask again. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the Website or platform from working.
6. Cookie list
The list below reflects a technical scan of the Website and sign-up pages in a clean browser on 3 November 2026, with the consent banner live. Before consent, no cookies, local storage or session storage were set; the browser contacted only the consent service (consent.cookiebot.com, consentcdn.cookiebot.com) and collect.aico.swiss to download the analytics script. We will update this list when we change our tools.
